The Checklists feature tracks events in each individual shipment and allows users to log task completion status and date, both automatically and manually.
Navigation: go to Admin / Common / Checklists.
3. In the Events table, define events to the checklist you just created. The Checklist is a parent grid while the Events is a child grid. Click Add Row.
4. Give inputs to the blank row.

5. Click Save.
2. A new checklist is created, with - Copy suffix added to its name. This row loads the same Checklist and Event information as the original checklist.
1. Create a new shipment from the Shipment List, or open an existing shipment in the Shipment Detail screen. Refer Shipment Entry, Shipment Detail
2. Once a shipment has been created, in the Shipment Detail screen, open the Checklists tab.
3. A checklist will load in this tab, given that there is already a checklist defined in the Checklists screen that match the conditions of this shipment.
4. In the Template dropdown, there can be multiple checklists sent to an individual shipment. The default checklist should be loaded on top.
In the grid below is the same list of events created in the Checklists screen. Refer Set up checklist
5. If the Event type is Automatic check, the Done and Done date columns are updated automatically.
Refer the Base event explanation to see what triggers the events as done.
If the Event type is Manual check, once you have completed the task, you can manually check the Done box. The Done date will punch in automatically. You can also edit this field manually.
6. Click Save to update the latest changes.
