If the shipment doesn’t have a Filing no., click on the Master B/L button. You will be led to the MB/L Entry screen, and all shipment data will have been filled.
Go to the Cargo Detail tab. Scroll down to Container section. Click Add Row.
Note: You can edit the Container no. & Tp/sz if the shipment is not mapped with an MB/L. Otherwise Container no. & Tp/sz will follow container information from MB/L.
3. In Selling/Debit section, click add row to add Selling freights.
4. In Buying/Credit section, click add row to add Buying freights.
There are two freight types you can select from:
Local freight: these can be charges to customers or from carrier. This type is used to create AR/AP Invoices.
Agent freight: charges occurred by Agent. This charge is used to create D/C Notes.
5. To create invoice:
Click on the checkbox in the CHK column to select freight.
Click on New A/R Invoice, New A/P Invoice, New D/C to create new invoice with selected freight (A/R invoice for Local selling freights, A/P invoice for Local Buying freights, D/C for Agent Selling/Buying freights).
Note:
You can create invoices without selecting any freight.
Shipments must be mapped with a Master B/L to create an invoice.
