� Introduction
The list of records displayed in the My tasks table is determined by the Alert feature. This integration ensures that users receive records and have a general view of all their tasks across various modules of the system.

� Set up My tasks
Refer Alert.
� Track and complete a task
1. You can access and view the My tasks table displays per below image.
- Done: You can check this box once you have completed the task.
- Category: A type of document, or work process that could benefit from an alert.
- Event: The type of event that will trigger a record and send to My tasks table. Category and event are sent based on Alert setup.
- Reference #: Detailed record number, or document number.
- Reference value: Respective value based on selected Event.
- Trade partner: Respective partner (Customer, Service provider, Shipper, Consignee, Vendor, Agent) based on the Reference #. Refer below table for more details.
- Message: Same message setup from the Alert screen.

2. To access a specific record, click on the hyperlink in the Reference # column. A new page will generate, leading to the detailed record.
3. Once you have completed the task, click on the Done checkbox and click Save.
4. You can also sort tasks by specific criteria with this set of filters.
� Work with My tasks from Dashboard
- You can set the My tasks table on your Dashboard Home screen. Refer Set up dashboard for the steps.
- From the Dashboard Home screen, you can work with My tasks by clicking on the New tab icon. This button will lead you to the My tasks screen.
- Refer Track and complete a task.
