The Rate In & Out UI is used to set up freight rates that are automatically applied to inbound and outbound bookings during the auto-rating process. Users can define rates based on contracts, warehouses, and billing codes with flexible units for charges.
Steps to set up rates:
- Select Contract: Use the Contract No. field to select the relevant contract for which the rates will be configured.
- Input Rate Basic Information:
- In the Rate Basic Information grid, add a new row by clicking Add Row and fill in the information
- Input Rate Detail Information
- For each Rate No., configure specific charges in the Rate Detail Information grid
- Save the Rate Setup
- After filling in all required fields, click the Save button to save the rates.
