¶ Introduction
A Warehouse receipt is used to transfer accountability when the export item is moved by the domestic carrier to the port of embarkation and left with the shipping line for export
This UI is used for registering WH Receipt information. User can also import the cargo information to Shipment.
¶ How to create WH Receipt
Go to SHIPMENT > Local Transport > Warehouse Receipt Entry
Input necessary information and then click save to commit creating WH receipt:
- Basic information such as WH location, Receive date time, Shipper & Consignee,…
- Click on add row to input dimension information
¶ View WH Receipt
You can view existing WH Receipt in SHIPMENT > Local Transport > Warehouse Receipt List
Status:
- Received: WH receipt created
- Complete: WH receipt import to shipment (have BL No.)
- Pending: WH receipt date is more than 10 days before today
Click New button to create new WH receipt
Click Copy button to Copy selected WH receipt
¶ Print WH receipt
Click on the Print icon to print selected WH receipt. We offer 2 reports: WH receipt and Label
¶ Import WH receipt to Shipment
When creating a new Shipment, click the W/H button to select the relevant item: Shipper, Consignee, Vendor, Customer, P/O No., Dimension information from the Warehouse Receipt List (SHIPMENT > Local Transport > Warehouse Receipt List).
- You can select multiple WH receipt
- If the B/L information already exists, a message will ask if you want to overwrite the B/L information
- Click select to import all dimension data & BL information
