¶ Introduction
This screen shows a list of items in a typical contract along with the items' package and measures characteristics already inputted in the contract item entry screen.
Navigation
1. Go to Sales > Contract > WH Contract Item > Contract Item List
2. The Contract Item List screen will be loaded per the below image
¶ Main features
¶ 1. Retrieve items information
- Enter search condition to find items
- Contract No is mandatory field.
- Click search button
¶ 2. Link to Contract Item Entry screen
- Show the item detail
- Double-click on a row in the grid to show detailed item on the Contract Item Entry screen.
2. Create a new item
- Click New button to open the Contract Item Entry screen. with the initial status.
¶ 3. Add multiple items to a contract at once
1. Enter Contract No. on search condition area
2. Click Batch Upload button to open Create Multi Item popup
3. Click button Add
4. Enter information of items
5. Click verify button
- if the information is valid then enable Save button
- else popup verify message will be show
6. Click save button
¶ 4. Copy items to another contract
- Search for the item you want to copy
- Select checkbox of the corresponding items
- Click Copy button
- Select Contract number at the Item Copy popup
- Click Yes button at the Item Copy popup
